The Company
Founded in 2018. Still Independent.
Bobby Graham founded Patriot EMS in 2018 with a straightforward premise: communities deserve medical transportation driven by people who actually live and work among them, not by corporate metrics handed down from a regional office. That premise has not changed.
What started as a single operation in Rockmart has grown into a full-service medical transportation provider with multiple locations across West Georgia and Metro Atlanta. Patriot is self-funded, independently owned, and has earned every contract and partnership on merit.
Part of the Patriot fleet, staged and ready.
Bobby's Role
Director of EMS and Founder.
As founder and Director of EMS, Bobby oversees all aspects of Patriot's operations, from clinical standards and staffing to strategic partnerships and growth. He is not an absentee owner. He is involved in the day-to-day, knows the team by name, and holds the company to the same standard he held himself to as a working paramedic.
That background matters. Bobby spent years running 911 calls in some of the busiest EMS systems in Georgia, including Grady Health System in Atlanta and DeKalb County. He has personally deployed to multiple large-scale disasters and led Patriot's response to New York City at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He has managed medical standby for events of up to 65,000 attendees and coordinated cross-country patient transports reaching the West Coast. The experience behind Patriot is real and it runs deep.
Service Areas
Where Patriot Operates.
Patriot currently operates across three primary service areas, with continued growth underway.
Rockmart / Polk County
Patriot's home base and founding service area. West Georgia is where the company was built and where its roots run deepest.
Gwinnett County
Patriot's Gwinnett station serves one of the fastest-growing counties in Georgia, bringing the same community-driven approach to the Metro Atlanta corridor.
Metro Atlanta
Patriot maintains an active presence across the broader Metro Atlanta region, supporting healthcare facilities, events, and transport needs throughout the area.
Community Commitment
More Than a Business.
Patriot has always operated with the belief that being part of a community means more than just serving it commercially. The company actively works with hospice providers throughout Georgia to facilitate low-cost and no-cost medical transports for families navigating end-of-life care. Transportation should never be the barrier that separates a patient from where they need to be in their final days, and Patriot has made that commitment a formal part of how it operates.
That same ethic runs through how Bobby approaches staffing and team culture at Patriot. The crew that shows up, rain or shine, early mornings and late nights, are not just employees. They are people who chose to do meaningful work. Bobby considers building a team of people who genuinely care to be the most important operational decision Patriot makes, and it shows in how the company runs.
