About
Paramedic. Founder. Problem Solver.
Bobby Graham, known to most as Bob or Robert, has called Georgia home since 2008, building a life and career in the communities of West Georgia. A proud Southerner with family roots scattered across the Southeast for generations, Bobby brings that same sense of place and loyalty to everything he does, whether that's running a rural ambulance company, developing local real estate, or showing up for a neighbor who needs a hand.
He started in EMS at 18 years old and never stopped. That foundation, equal parts technical skill, calm under pressure, and genuine care for people, runs through his professional and personal life alike.
Roots and Family
Married and grounded in West Georgia, Bobby traces his family's history across the Southeast. He believes strongly in the communities that shaped him, and in giving back to the ones he calls home.
Built on Service
From his first EMT certification to founding and leading Patriot EMS, Bobby has spent his career in service, to patients, to small businesses, and to his neighbors. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
Professional
Work Worth Doing.
Founded with a mission to serve West Georgia, Patriot EMS has grown into a full-service medical transportation provider, expanding well beyond its original scope while holding onto the values that built it. Patriot is independently owned and operated, self-funded, and community-rooted, earning its place in West Georgia on merit rather than corporate backing.
Bobby serves as director and handles everything from strategic leadership and external partnerships to staffing and clinical operations. Patriot holds a long-standing medical standby partnership with one of Atlanta's largest annual events and continues to grow its footprint across the region.
Bobby invests in and develops real estate with a primary focus on Northwest Georgia. His work spans residential and small commercial projects, and he brings the same hands-on ethic to property work that he does to everything else. He has experience working on projects internationally as well, giving him a broad perspective on development and investment strategy.
136 Media is Bobby's independent studio for operational web apps, ambitious games, and focused software. Its growing catalog includes tools already at work in the field alongside original strategy, narrative, management, and learning projects in development.
Bobby consults with EMS organizations and healthcare operations on strategy, structure, and operational improvement. He also advises early-stage small business owners and startups, drawing on his own experience building and running an independent company from the ground up. His approach is practical, he has lived the challenges firsthand and speaks plainly about what works.
His operational depth is considerable. Bobby has personally deployed to multiple high-severity disasters and has coordinated company-level disaster response with multiple units and responders in the field, including leading Patriot's deployment to New York City at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. He has managed medical standby operations for events of up to 65,000 attendees and handled the logistics of cross-country patient transports reaching as far as the West Coast.
Bobby is also the founder of EMSGrades.com, the first public accountability platform for EMS agencies and providers in the United States. Launched in Georgia in 2026, it publishes ratings, reviews, and verified licensure data for agencies and providers across the state, with national expansion underway. Learn more about EMSGrades.
Community
Showing Up Where It Counts.
Bobby believes public life is an extension of the same values that guide his professional one: be present, be useful, and don't wait for someone else to fix the problem. His community work reflects that directly.
- A passion for local politics and civic engagement, with a belief that practical, community-first thinking is too often missing from local government
- Advisor and volunteer with mobility-focused nonprofit organizations serving West Georgia residents
- Informal mentor and advisor to small business owners navigating startup challenges
- Active resource for EMS and healthcare expertise at the local and regional level
- Consistent advocate for rural communities having access to the same quality of care and services as urban centers
- Willing to roll up his sleeves and help neighbors directly when the need arises
- Working with hospice providers throughout Georgia to facilitate low-cost and no-cost medical transports for families in need, ensuring that end-of-life care is not complicated by transportation barriers

Outside Work
Life Beyond the Ambulance.
When Bobby is not running Patriot EMS or working on a development project, you are likely to find him in the garage, the garden, or someone else's driveway helping with a project. He handles most of his own home renovations and takes genuine satisfaction in building and fixing things with his hands. An avid traveler who has visited more than 20 countries and counting, Bobby brings that same curiosity about the world back home to West Georgia. That instinct, to learn by doing and to help where he can, shows up in everything he does outside of work.
Outside of work, Bobby's interests run from woodworking and gardening to home renovation projects he handles himself. He is an avid traveler with more than 20 countries visited and counting, and finds equal satisfaction in helping neighbors and staying close to the small business community.
