The Platform
Transparency EMS Has Never Had.
Every year, more than 240 million 911 calls are made across the United States. In the vast majority of those calls, the people who respond are strangers, assigned by dispatch, not chosen by the patient. Unlike a doctor, a hospital, or even a dentist, the person calling has no say in who shows up. And unlike every other part of the healthcare system, there is no public record. No ratings. No reviews. No accountability infrastructure of any kind.
EMSGrades changes that. Launched in Georgia in 2026, it is the first public transparency platform built specifically for EMS, publishing ratings, reviews, and verified licensure information for agencies, individual providers, air medical services, educational programs, and first responder organizations. Think of it as Healthgrades for EMS. Every doctor in America has a public profile. Every hospital has CMS ratings. EMSGrades extends that same accountability to the people who respond when you call 911.
For Patients and Families
Research agencies before a crisis. Understand what others have experienced. Share your own. Families deserve to know the quality and track record of the services responding to their emergencies, not just after the fact, but before one ever occurs.
For EMS Providers
Paramedics, EMTs, and AEMTs finally have a public platform where great work gets recognized and poor working conditions are visible. Providers can rate their employers and document their experiences in a way that protects future colleagues.
For EMS Agencies
Agencies that invest in clinical excellence and provider welfare deserve public recognition for it. EMSGrades gives high-performing organizations a platform to differentiate themselves, and creates the incentive structure for others to improve.
No Advertising. Ever.
Agencies cannot pay to improve their grade or suppress reviews. Ratings are never for sale. EMSGrades is ad-free by design and by principle, the grade reflects real community experience, nothing else.
Why Bobby Built It
Built from the Inside.
Bobby Graham has spent his entire career inside EMS. He has run 911 calls in Atlanta, founded and directed a medical transportation company, deployed to disasters, and spent years watching the industry operate with almost no public accountability infrastructure. He built EMSGrades because he understands, from the inside, what the absence of transparency costs patients, providers, and the profession.
The platform launched in Georgia, where Bobby has spent his career, with 406 licensed agencies and more than 76,000 providers indexed from the state registry. National expansion is already in the roadmap. The long-term vision is every EMS agency and provider in America on one public accountability platform, the infrastructure the industry has needed for decades and never had.
As Bobby has said about the mission: transparency is not a threat to good EMS. It is the reward for it.
